Shadows‘ Night 2026 is a free metal festival<\/strong> taking place on November 28<\/strong>, 2026 at the Centre Culturel Machera. The festival is organized by the Shadows‘ Night ASBL in cooperation with the Regional Maacher Music School, Metality, and the INECC (Institut de Chant Choral).<\/strong><\/p>\n This year, a number of regional bands from Luxembourg, the Trier region, and the Saarland<\/strong> will take the stage, including Next Deed, Rotten Soil, Jesterain, Fanfare Gouschteng-Beyren goes Metal,<\/strong> and ShadoWhisperS.<\/strong> Also performing is the brand-new, young band ERASR<\/strong>, which emerged from the Metality project \u201cme:talent.\u201d<\/p>\n For a truly unique musical experience, Heavy Hoempa<\/strong> from the Netherlands will be performing, interpreting metal on wind instruments. The audience will also get its money’s worth: At the now-legendary INECC Metal Karaoke<\/strong>, everyone is welcome to sing along from the audience.<\/p>\n In addition to a varied musical program, there will be food and drinks as well as many booths from local bands and associations.<\/p>\n The entry is free.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n In the run-up to the festival, the Shadows‘ Night ASBL is organizing the Shadows‘ Day on November 15, 2026<\/strong>. The program will feature readings for children and young people on the theme of metal and mental health,<\/strong> including the book \u201cMicha and the Metal\u201d by Dr. Nico Rose and the book \u201cDon’t be Poe!\u201d. In addition, the Ligue Sant\u00e9 Mentale is offering a workshop.<\/em><\/p>\n The Shadows‘ Day is also free of charge<\/strong>. However, pre-registration is required for the readings and workshops<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n Additional workshops<\/strong> are offered for singers, vocalists, and musicians<\/strong>, including a harsh vocals workshop<\/strong> with Sandra Lutz of the band Parity, as well as workshops for blowers with Heavy Hoempa.<\/em><\/p>\n
