Pinocchio, carved from pine wood by Gepetto, is brought to life by the good fairy Antonella. To become a real boy, he must diligently go to school and always be honest. But the clever fox Amadeo and the forgetful cat Cerubino constantly lead him astray. Because Pinocchio wants to please his father, he sometimes tells little lies—something that is instantly revealed by his growing nose. On his journey, he must overcome many adventures so that his greatest wish can come true.

Theater Liberi presents a modern musical adaptation of Hans Christian Andersen’s famous fairy tale. The professional musical ensemble tells the story of an outsider’s loneliness and her longing for admiration and acceptance, but also of courage and unconditional friendship. This contrast is also reflected in the stage design, which blurs the boundaries between fantasy and reality.  A family musical based on Hans Christian Andersen

In the depths of the sea, a young mermaid dreams of becoming human – and winning the love of a prince. With the help of a magic potion, she exchanges her fish tail for legs, but the price is her voice. She has three days to win his heart – otherwise she risks turning into sea foam.

Whilst the prince almost succumbs to the witch’s deceptions, Undine bravely holds fast to her love. Eventually, she manages to avert disaster.

A touching fairy tale about love, courage and hope – with a happy ending.
