German Gents

The German Gents are a vocal quartet from Berlin, founded in 2018 by singers from the State and Cathedral Choir of Berlin. Their first major success came in May 2019 at the a cappella competition held in Leipzig, where they won first prize, the audience award, and two additional special prizes. With their unmistakable sound, the German Gents perform American classics from the 1950s and 60s as well as the most beautiful German songs of the golden 1920s. Charming and creative, they also juxtapose modern pop songs with romantic male choral music, staying true both to their classical roots and their youthful spirit.

The German Gents are currently responding to invitations from numerous concert organizers and renowned festivals such as Musica Bayreuth, Rheingau Music Festival, Konzerthaus Berlin, Festspiele Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, and the Live from London Christmas Festival. They are celebrated as a rising star in the a cappella world.
