The Simon & Garfunkel Revival Band

Their program features the most beautiful songs of the iconic duo — their greatest, timeless hits. Dreamy, passionate ballads like “Scarborough Fair” and “Bright Eyes,” classics such as “Mrs. Robinson,” “The Boxer,” or “The Sound Of Silence” are just as much a part of the repertoire as the lively “Cecilia” or “El Condor Pasa.” The setlist also includes a few gems from the time after the duo’s split, when Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel each enjoyed successful solo careers.

Kabaret Sténkdéier – ‘Et gëtt héich Zäit’

Eise schéine bloe Planéit brennt, d'Loyere klamme méi séier wéi de Mieresspigel, déi Räich ginn ëmmer méi räich – a wärend ronderëm eis d’Bomme falen, streide mir Europäer mat eisen Noperen iwwer d’Grenzkontrollen. De Rietspopulismus verdréit eis d’Wierder am Mond, wärend mer am Stau stinn an eis wonneren, wéi et esou wäit komme konnt. An um Enn bezuelen ëmmer déi Falsch. Wéi laang wëlle mir nach nokucken? A wat kënne mir iwwerhaapt nach maachen?

Andreas Kieling – Alaska & Wildes West-Europa

In the first part of the evening, Andreas Kieling takes us to the far north of the American continent. As a wildlife filmmaker and adventurer, he spent three years following the tracks of polar bears, grizzlies, moose, musk oxen, caribou and Dall sheep. A life among wolves. Whether it’s polar bear battles, the mating season of the Alaskan moose, the fierce confrontations of musk oxen, or the calmer daily life with grizzly bears, there are countless breathtaking and extraordinary stories to tell.
