Dreamy, passionate ballads like “Scarborough Fair” and “Bright Eyes,” classics such as “Mrs. Robinson,” “The Boxer,” or “The Sound Of Silence” are just as much a part of the repertoire as the lively “Cecilia” or “El Condor Pasa.” The setlist also includes a few gems from the time after the duo’s split, when Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel each enjoyed successful solo careers.
 

Founded in 1978, the OPUS 78 Big Band thrills audiences with its blend of swing, jazz, pop, and funk. With a classic big band line-up and a variety of guest artists (singers, choir, symphonic ensemble), the band has performed with international stars such as Candy Dulfer, Jon Lord, Maynard Ferguson, and the WDR Big Band.

Felice Civitareale, a Luxembourgish trumpeter and flugelhorn player, is renowned for his captivating solos and charismatic stage presence. He has performed with Boney M, Lou Bega, and contributed to film scores such as Der Schuh des Manitu.
